Once bitten, twice shy,
I have loved once,
Never again…
Will tell you why…
I once loved this boy,
So very much…
So much,
Infact, a little too much!!!
I gave him my all,
My body, my soul,
I gave until,
I felt as empty as a hole…
Little did he know,
That I loved him so much,
Came that one fateful day,
He completely ran out of touch…
Came winter, came fall,
No message, no call…
Came sun, came rain,
Left me only torment, only pain…
It was then, I decided,
I made up my mind,
And I asked to myself,
“Why? Oh!!! Why?”
And as I lay on my pillow,
A tear in my eye,
I said to myself, “Never will I love again,
Once bitten, twice shy.”

Sometimes in fun , sometimes its pain ..
but the winner is one who in every life's situation makes some gain !
